Idiyappam with stew

2. Appam /Idiyappam with Beef , Chicken, Mutton Stew or Mappas

Fluffy appam or delicate idiyappam served with creamy beef/chicken/mutton stew, slow-cooked in coconut milk and spices.

Main Course

Rice

Steamed Kerala red rice with its distinctive nutty flavor or fragrant ghee rice cooked with whole spices and caramelized onions.
