Starting Course

1. Cutlet and Salad
Crispy beef or chicken cutlets served with a fresh Kerala-style salad of cucumber, onion, and coconut.

2. Appam /Idiyappam with Beef , Chicken, Mutton Stew or Mappas
Fluffy appam or delicate idiyappam served with creamy beef/chicken/mutton stew, slow-cooked in coconut milk and spices.
Main Course

1. Rice
Steamed Kerala red rice with its distinctive nutty flavor or fragrant ghee rice cooked with whole spices and caramelized onions.

2. Pachadi
Cool yogurt-based side with either crunchy cucumber and mustard seed tempering or sweet roasted pineapple with curry leaves.

3. Pickle
Traditional homemade pickle - choose between fiery red chili mango or tangy lemon with fenugreek.

4. Thoran
Seasonal vegetables (cabbage/beans/carrots) stir-fried with grated coconut and turmeric, finished with mustard seeds.

5. Erissery
Creamy combination of pumpkin and red lentils cooked with roasted coconut and cumin.

6. Fish Curry
Daily fresh catch (typically pearl spot or kingfish) in coconut-tamarind gravy with shallots and Malabar Tamarind.

7. Beef Curry
Tender beef chunks slow-cooked with roasted coriander, fennel, and black pepper in coconut gravy.

8. Parippu
Comforting yellow dal curry tempered with ghee, cumin, and golden shallots.

9. Moru
Light buttermilk seasoned with crushed ginger, green chilies, and fresh curry leaves.

10. Pappadom
Crispy lentil wafers - served plain or lightly roasted over flames.

11. Payasam
Choose between semiya (vermicelli) in cardamom-scented milk or ada (rice flakes) in jaggery-coconut milk.

12. Podimeen Fry
Crispy whole netholi (anchovies) marinated with turmeric, red chili, and crushed pepper.

13. Avial
Traditional mix of 7+ vegetables in thick coconut-yogurt sauce with coconut oil.

14. Chicken fry
Caramelized chicken pieces with roasted coconut bits, black pepper, and curry leaves.
